Individual Training
Our individual training sessions are perfect for players who want to take their game to the next level. We will work with you one-on-one to analyse your specific needs and goals, addressing your strengths and weaknesses, improving knowledge, mental strength and overall fitness. You will enhance your ball mastery skills and overall movement through strength and conditioning and endurance based exercises, to help you become stronger and smarter in both attack and defence.
Small Group Training
Our small group training sessions are designed for players of different age groups and skill levels. Our coaches will take you through game-specific drills that will enhance your technical, physical and mental skills and develop your understanding of the game.
Strength & Conditioning
Our trainers will help you develop the physical strength and endurance you need to succeed on the field, as well as the mental strength to push yourself beyond your limits. We will work with you to design a program that is tailored to your specific needs and goals.
Team Training
Our team training sessions focus on improving overall physical and mental attributes, as well as developing the skills and knowledge to help succeed on the field as a unit, in both attacking and defensive phases of the game.
Video Footage Analysis
Send us your game or training footage, and we will provide you with detailed feedback. We’ll analyse your technique, decision-making, game understanding and more, to improve your overall skill set and make you a better player.
